  • ½  teaspoon black pepper powder

How to Prepare Vegetable Soup for Weight Loss

Boil 1500 ml water in a heating pan or in a large soup pan and add chopped potato into it. Cover the soup pan with a lid and cook for 5 mins. Heat another pan and add one tablespoon of olive oil and cook chopped onion and garlic for a while. Now add cooked onion-garlic mixture to Soup pan, also add ½ cup peas and 2 chopped carrots.
