Day Foods
Day 1 Fruits only. No bananas.
Day 2 Vegetables only, but you can start the day with a baked potato with one pat of butter.
Day 3 Fruits and vegetables. No potato or bananas.
Day 4 Eight bananas, three glasses of milk, and GM Soup (recipe below).
Day 5 Tomatoes and up to 20 oz of lean beef.
Day 6 Beef and vegetables.
Day 7 Brown rice, vegetables, and fruit juice.

On this day, eat only fruit. There are no bananas yet—eat as much water-based fruit as possible. If you can manage to eat cantaloupe and watermelon only on this day, you can lose up to three pounds by the end of the day.

How Much To Eat?

As it’s a Calorie deficit diet, so you should not cross your daily requirement. Take 1200-1500 calories for best results per day.

How Much Water To Drink?

Aim to drink 8-10 glasses of water in a day. Fruit Juices: No You can’t, as they are high in calories and less nutritious than whole fruit. But you can go for fresh coconut water. As coconut water helps to keep the stomach full.

GM-Diet-Plan-Day-2Day 2 (Vegetable Day)

On day 2, veg GM diet followers can enjoy all kinds of vegetables in either boiled or raw form. Vegetables are rich in nutrients that one requires sustaining the body.

So, after the relatively low carbohydrate day 1 diet, vegetables will replenish the carbohydrate stores in the body. Also, vegetables are low in calories and high in fiber which helps to clean the gut.

Best vegetables to eat: Cauliflower, cucumber, broccoli, cabbage, onions, tomatoes, spinach, peas, etc. And try to limit the potato intake during breakfast, 1 Medium potato on day 2. However, potatoes in little quantity offer carbohydrates for the whole day and kick starts the day after fruit diet of day 1.
